The money is pretty good with lots of OT and room to move around.

Cons

There are far too many to list. The work environment is so so very toxic. Management hates the employees and the employees hates management.

-Strong sense of community -Diversity -Get to work with friends -Cool office spaces -Relaxed dress code -Remote Work -Overseas Travel

Cons

-Most bosses are horrible -Seriously harsh office politics -Questionable benefits cuts -Questionable Finance Team -Forced Volunteering -Non-attendance in co-curricular activities is rated against your performance. Always schedules co-curricular activities on rest days/family days. -25x7 work weeks turn into 24x7. OT is paid, you just lose personal/family time. -Training, all done in-house, insufficient and rare.
