Pros
Uh, for some of the older employees the base wages are still ok.
Cons
Want you to work unpaid hours, gps stalk all employees vehicles and cell phones. Deny holidays, medical appointments, new employees get paid absolute crap and almost no possibility to improve their hourly wage. Horrible work shifts. Expect overtime with minimal compensation. Worst employer i ever had and that's being kind.
