Remember you are replaceable, TELUS is trying to actively cut costs = employees in Canada and outsource, don't get comfortable because even the union can't help you.

Cons

Outsourcing all our Canadian Jobs and cutting the benefits of the employees so they have less coverage. Billion dollar company that doesnt appricate the employees or the work they do.
