You get to work remote.

Cons

Over the years it’s been a sinking ship. A lot of layoffs, you’re nothing but a number and they over load you with work that it’s hard to keep up. They make you do some engagement surveys that it’s useless and if you don’t give a good rating the manager will find a way to get you fired.
