Let me share the cons of Telus International Gurgaon (world tech park) 6 days working - they lie while hiring people Work life balance- what is that? They might ask you to extend and pretend like oh that is your KRA. Hr- most illiterate department in the company, they just say what operations has to say, then wont even listen to you Management- stop promoting people just because they can lick good. Beat it inbound or the outbound process they promote people just because of favouritism. 99% mangers don’t know how to manage team, if you can roam around them, pick their lunch used utensils or maybe bring them tea coffee just like waiters then they might let you survive else naah. If you are outspoken they will do something or the other and throw you out from the company. Leaves- even if you have 20+ leaves you cant take them. You cannot fall sick or else they will deduct money from your salary. Policy- women are not allowed to take half day as it raised concern of woman safety and their so called director cannot approve cabs to let them go. If your sick they will ask you to come to office , mark your sick leave and wont let you leave office and if you do so they will involve hr. I worked for 3 years, just because they are hiring too much right now they are just chucking people off with no strong reason. Even if you complain to HR about toxic work environment they will straight away ask you to leave. If you want to hamper your mental heath please work here. If being a girl you are good in getting on knees you might get promotion or a LOB where you can work without hassle. Tenured people are working just because of incentives structure but very soon they will stop giving unlimited incentives. These people have audacity to threaten you that if you wont listen to them they might chuck you and not give you your relevant experience They tried to terminate my 3 years of experience.
