Co-workers, and first level managers were always fantastic.

Cons

Salaries are FAR below industry averages for many roles, and outsourcing is their number one priority. Benefits are terrible, and you'll need to fight like hell to get your 6 year old laptop replaced.

Pros

Nice office, with a goth atmosphere, easy to get there with SKM. That salary is decent for the work you do.

Cons

To much micro-management, initially they present themselves that they are people orientated, but in reality exactly the opposite. Many formal colleagues who raised issues to HR or management, got fired. They promote people based on connection and making differences between employees according to who is friends with whom.
