- Good office (MTL downtown) - No high pressure - Nice team

Cons

- Benefits depend on the division - mine was not the best (e.g., no RRSP matching) - A lot of 50+ old men with sexist tendencies. Not the nicest experience

low work-life balance, no work-style benefit for retail while rest of business has very flexible work. frequent shifting requirements/focuses, unreliable job security

Pros

More than the minimum standard vacation; good about work-life balance; good at promoting from within for operations positions. I found my direct supervisors to be excellent people and there was always help when I needed it.

Cons

Currently moving toward offshoring; if you are in India, the Philippines, or Guatemala, I can recommend working there, but for North Americans expect layoffs. Company is very much stressing "do more with less" so your clients will arrive on the call frustrated with being constantly directed to the app or by dealing with AI "agents". Culture had been good, but is currently prioritizing shareholders over clients, which is frustrating. (CEO is paid entirely in shares.)
