Great work life balance with one of the only firms still offering 100% remote work. Great for working moms! Iykyk

Cons

Very top down culture. May change as new CEO take helm in August. Priorities get thrown out of the window on the whim of leadership.

You will bond with co-workers over traumatic working environment

Cons

The managers will find a way to lay you off by setting unrealistic targets. You will never get good leads, only the recycled ones that has been marked "not intrested" or " unable to contact" by previous reps that have worked there for many years.
