They constantly are laying people off. Now, it's done quietly and under the radar so that not even the people working with those being laid off know that its happened. They pretend it's all good but they keep changing things around and then wonder why team members are disengaged. It's a horrible way to try and work and really frustrating to those still there. I know people who have given their whole career to TELUS to just be discarded like trash or are counting down the days to retirement. Just waiting it out.

Terrible management, no long term vision beyond max 12 months, ineffective workplace harassment management. Company likes to think of itself as a tech company instead of a telecom but unless a product comes prepackaged like a cellphone, the product and marketing teams have no idea how to assemble and sell the idea: You will be pushed in annual surveys to say good things about the company, because your bonus depends on it, and criticism will be stifled, if you want to get ahead, take credit for other peoples work. If you are good at what you do, you are unlikely to get ahead. It’s all about failing upwards.
