-4 days on 4 days off 12 hour shifts -decent leave allocation / benefits -somewhat ok facilities

Cons

-management treats operations close to minions -too many redundant job functionality -little / no career advancement prospects -financial remunerations are based on how long you are in the company - not performance based -recent cost cutting drive is aimed to run with less manpower and increased workloads -some deadwood/non-performers needs to be sacked.

too big and lots of management layer with low knowledge sharing. Lots of different standard and not able to merge and increase eficency.
