Pros

Work life balance is excellent within the company. However it comes at the cost of career progression.

Cons

Company is not growing enough locally in UK. Not much career progress chances, finance and controlling department in particular is very much driven by Politics with lot of internal inefficiency seen which is hidden due to politics. Probably a major cause o the company to under perform.
