1. Flexible Career Path (voluntary and non voluntary) 2. Able to take Pilot Projects and Projects since the start 3. Salary above average

Cons

1. No Structure 2. No Plan on doing things 3. Changes environment without proper evaluation 4. Too many managers for too few doers

Pros

- Good benefits, especially the medical benefits - Flexible working environment - Staff welfare fund is allocated to organize social activities for staff, e.g. team building event, annual dinner, etc.

Cons

- Poor compensation policy - staff being requested to take on new role/tasks without proper compensation - No proper training/program to develop team lead/manager - Re-organization every year - Under-performed staff not being penalized but able to take on new role (or even promotion) after every re-organization took place - Too Germany centric
