Pros

You will find people with deep expertise who are masters at their craft. Lots of learnings for a true seeker. Some disturbing messages posted here in the past seem to be from people who didn't have visibility into the strategic direction of the company. Being able to ramp up to good numbers so fast in job market like india where people seem to be negotiating all the time with multiple job offers in hand is highly commendable. The strategy of hiring via employee references seems to be working well for them.

Cons

Gaining trust of the global teams doesn't come easy. I think it's the companys culture of being obsessed with quality that is driving this behavior

Pros

You get to work with a renowned brand of Deutsche Telekom

Cons

The so called Local “Leadership team” is clueless about how to run a company and knows nothing about how to take care of its employees. Wonder, when the time comes, will they be able to justify their high salaries? The HR Team in this company act like monarchs. They are narrow-minded, inconsiderate have been given too much power for their own good. Managing resource, employee engagement and satisfaction, hiring, training are few of their responsibilities and they fail miserably in all these aspects. Bonuses and advancement potential exist only in theory. The company functions with age old technology and outages are more frequent than stable systems. You will not learn anything new here and rust your existing knowledge which you had gathered all the while. The attrition rate is high obviously, because no one would want to work here for a long time. Some leave on their own and some are asked to go. This is a huge demotivating factor for all the existing employees.
