Cons

Tribe leads (directors) does lot of politics. They are not qualified to be tribe lead. They are very good at doing politics. They dont bring any new projects and focus on doing politics. They dont have any work experience in Data and AI field but unfortunately leading the teams in this technology. Arrogant and ignorant tribe leads
