They generally pay salaries on time, although sometimes payments may be a few days delayed.

Cons

Unfortunately, my experience with T-Systems Iberia has been quite disappointing. The salary offered is far below expectations, and there is virtually no opportunity for career growth or advancement within the company. The organizational structure is overly bureaucratic, which significantly hampers efficiency and innovation. Additionally, nepotism seems to play a role in promotions and opportunities, undermining merit-based progression. Perhaps most concerning is the company's complete disregard for employees' mental health, with no visible support or initiatives to address this important aspect of workplace well-being.
