- Your personal life will destroy due to resource crunch( They expect 1 person will do work which is actual 2 people task) - you can't take leave even you inform them 3_4 month in advance. At least for me they denied my leaves(only 5days) as their is some work but which don't have any production impact. Just to keep management happy they denied it. - On call on Saturday Sunday is the biggest scam as you will work for them at least 10- 16 hours and only in 400 ruppes. They dont understand oncall is for unexpected issues not for planned activities. - Expecting replies on whatsapp group even you are on leave/ not in shift. - Daily you have to extend your shift to support next shift person.(at least 2-3 hours)

Hike below 9% Promotion depends on manager no matter how hard working you are no one will notice. The worst case I have seen in this company is a fresher trainee designation was not changed for almost 3 years. No skip level if your manager is not listing to you, you cant directly reach above level. Management fails to satisfy their employees some get promoted in 2 years some don't get any type of promotion even after 4+ years even if both work same. HR's get promotion every year. For freshers: this company is not for you guys don't waste your time you will forget everything you have gained. This company is very good for the one who has nice package and looking for a job till retirement without work pressure. For some projects there is lot of politics only the favorite person of manager will go ahead others will stay on same position for years.
