      Great people always willing to do their best and help each other ("I'm T, count on me") Variety of work in my particular role

      Cons

      Reporting lines into T-Systems International (Germany) confusing. Local initiatives sometimes bogged down with international approval requirements and lack of funding.

      Pros

      None in the current environment, was a great company some years ago however ineffective cost reductions in Germany mean the counties need to compensate for the losses

      Cons

      It is like being in Gods waiting room , you walk in every day expecting to be told your job is going or your at risk.. Good team mates are leaving every week and those that are left are just waiting for more cuts and reductions. Even the core benefits like cars and restaurants are being removed or cut back.

      Pros

      Work life balance is as good as you make it. Compensation package is very attractive. Opportunities to second to other areas is encouraged.

      Cons

      Inefficient management. Few people follow the required management system and processes and there is no consequence of not following. Too many middle managers adding no value and simply getting in the way of experts and doers.
