The best part is to work with German counterparts, good cultural balance, large size deals, European customer exposure. High salaries. Good work life balance
Cons
1. T-Systems India setup is a back office 2. LITTLE OR NO technical works falls onto Solution Architects 3. Deal factory has no vision completely on the mercy of Germans 4. Local India leadership has no KPI's or targets which are employee centric! Hence they simply do not care for anyone except their variable pay. 5. Toxic work culture is not stopped by leadership which in turn shows their support. 6. Some mid management resources behave as if they own he company. 7. Mid management has no respect for team members, likely the behave so based on thier leadership directions. 8. No technical growth by joining the deal team. 9. No public cloud team for presales or Solutioning in India. 10. Only vmware cloud being sold.
