Pros

Competitive salary (comparing to other companies in the country). Benefits are quite good. You might learn something (at the begining).

Cons

Very rigid structure. Insane amounts of burocracy. Absurd and unefficient procedures for interacting with other teams. Chaotic management. Twisted politics. No promotion posibilities. Very high and complex work load. Staff is way under-sized. No meaningful investment in employee training. Unexistent willingness to adopt new technologies.
