Cons
- When you’re new they give you the most stressful place - the fitting room they leave you all alone instead of putting an experienced worker to help you and blame you when it goes to poo. - permanent staff act like they’re managers and boss you around just cos they’ve been there for longer when they get paid literally the same wage as you - they’ve completely blurred the lines between being a human being and having standards - you’re not allowed to drink water - when you’re ill they try to blame you for not being able to work whilst also acting like they don’t need you - no respect for other people’s religions and cultures especially islam. - mass favouritism when you’re friends with the managers you can always get your rota changed and get away with things that are not allowed when you’re not don’t expect even a portrayal of remorse - Toxic environment, managers argue instead of listen - At some points the managers can ignore you for up to 30 mins - Stradivarius is understaffed for a reason and that reason is they way they treat their employees
