Unprofessional Management Bad Organisation Unfriendly people Toxic inter department relationship Long Hours and low salary! They don't pay extra hours If you leave on time they don't appreciate, they just stay at work late to impress the management If you are not coming from the Store you will never adapt to the company's culture If you are willing to relocate to spain this is not the place to be as the culture is so tough for people coming from outside The company is located so far from barcelona, so with the long hours you will never enjoy the city you work basically from 8 to 8. Feedback is not one of the best things they do, they avoid confrontation at all costs and talk behind your back. Sometimes they speak only in catalan! If you don't speak spanish its really bad for you because the job is in spanish and all the meetings are in spanish.
