Pros

I was compensated for any overtime. The work-life was fine, and the floor team was nice to work with. Interacting with (most) customers was always pleasant.

Cons

The management at our store was very disorganized. We were often understaffed and overworked. Every time I worked until closing, we stayed an additional 2 hours.
