1. Good pay for SA 2. Pretty easy jobs 3. Can make some good friends

Cons

1. Hardly any help from HO 2. Days can feel super long 3. Shifts are all over the place and constantly changing due to HO giving us big tasks to do 2 days before it needs doing, therefore need to schedule staff to do them. 4. HO staff can be so rude.

Good staff and good pay

Cons

If you're not a managers favourite you get treated awfully. You aren't told until you get the job that all contracts are temporary at the beginning. No thanks for your hard work, just treated like a number. The line manager is a horrible person and is a bully.
