Salary is not enough if you live alone, special in London

- Managers blatantly favour those of European descent (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) - Managers all speak Spanish or Italian to each other in front of other non European staff which is unprofessional - Won't let you decrease your hours even as a student - During closing hours staff aren't allowed to go home unless store is completely tidy even if that's an hour later than timetable says and you don't paid extra for it - Not enough staff, sometimes only 1 or 2 people are working in half of the shop floor while managers stand around and talk - Too much pressure on employees and constantly rushing - Managers gossip with other employees which is again unprofessional - Not a very diverse place
