The people I worked with were great! collaborative, approachable, and professional. Compensation and benefits are fair, and there are opportunities to learn if you’re proactive.

Cons

Management doesn’t listen to employee concerns or suggestions for improvement. There’s a lack of structure and systematized processes, which makes development and growth difficult. Decisions sometimes feel biased, and support from leadership is limited.

Average income package for the role.

Cons

Too political among teams. Silo and some antique and non-performing employees surviving through political relationship with top management. Unprofessionally created baseless rumours of colleagues at workplace, not able to lead, dare not faced clients despite the team made significant mistakes, no sense of responsibility and no relevant knowledge of the region.
