The interview process was well-organised, and they kept me updated on every step. Onboarding is super structured with helpful checklists/documentation, and the team is really supportive. Strada puts employees 1st—because happy employees mean happy clients!

Cons

Longer process than other companies have, but it might be worth it as they do not try to dump you into the deep waters but rather make this process stress-free for the employee.
