There are so many loopholes to jump through and they do not pay competitive wages There is a huge turnover with the company right now

Great benefits and company extended vacation days.

Cons

Poor management. Poor annual employee evaluation program. The union makes implementing improvements impossible. Management does not like to award hard work and success. Management looks for any excuse to not award a higher score than “5”, and if they can’t find one then they’ll make one up.

1. Good pay 2. Fun and fast paced industry so it’s never boring 3. Free company vehicle for a large amount of roles

Cons

1. No work-life balance - Expect to work 10+ hour days 2. Yearly raises should not be expected 3. Poor company culture from the top down 4. It’s an a good ole boys club and everyone is aware/jokes about it 5. Not much formal training so you’re expected to just learn and hope for the best 6. PLM review system is outdated and doesn’t accurately reflect employee performance - good luck figuring out what your yearly bonus might be 7. Expected to work during vacation
