      Pros

      Great PTO. Average pay. Working level people want the company to be better than it is.

      Cons

      Discrimination against unvaccinated workers, threatening to fire them, harassment by leadership, no respect for individuals. New leadership is stripping down the engineering center in the U.S and trading our jobs to low cost countries in the thousands.

      IT Budget is constantly being cut. Teams asked to do more with less every year. Latest budget rule is decreased operating cost by 10% year over year. New bonus rules mean if the company doesn't hit 100% of aggressive targets zero bonus for all workers even if they met their individual goals. This company doesn't care about work/life balance, they just work you until you leave.
