      Vehicle Lease Healthcare coverage Eye Insurance Parking lot for mid level professional

      Cons

      Work load of 3 to 5 people, upper management is ignoring the fact the we lost 50% of the staff now, is really sad to go from the company I just to loved my work. Now Stellantis seems like a different entity that is not taking care of the north America employees just because they believe that work abroad is cheaper BUT this will back fire in couple years because is not consider the lack of experience from other countries in engineering. Just letting people walk out the door is not the answer to make cheaper developments.

      Pros

      The company provides good benefits like a reasonable priced health insurance, 401k, paid vacations, $1000 yearly contribution to the Health Saving Account, etc.

      Cons

      BWM/Stellantis collaboration in ADAS project is a chaos. Constant changes of plans/EE architectures. Most people is heavily overloaded. People working with not clear definition of roles and responsibilities. Software development is almost no existent. Lack of Software requirements. People is not allow to easily move to available internal opportunities
