I honestly can't think of one.
Cons
Zero upward mobility. Insane employee turnover with no focus on fixing the issue. Lack of managerial and mentor oversight coupled with a senior staff that will toss you under the bus. No flexibility on work schedule. Overall lack of care about the staff. Regional managers are in place to scold you for not hitting "budgets" but do nothing to assist you, develop you for sustained success.
