Pros

There are pockets of really amazing people that make the work environment bearable. God bless them, cause the rest cannot compare.

Cons

No work culture and if there is one, it doesn't reinforce teamwork and positivity like a company that wants its employees to be happy should. Outdated ways of doing pretty much everything. People walk around the office like zombies, liven up...then again, this place sucks the life out of you so I understand. People are too scared to say the things that need to be said to upper management to make this place a more efficient and pleasurable place to work at. The turnover rate is RIDICULOUS...I was here for a short amount of time and in that time frame so many people left the company to move onto better work environments. I can't say I blame them. Upper management likes to make things difficult FOR NO REASON. For the life of me I will never understand why.

Pros

Midtown location Great co workers New layout Half day before holiday

Cons

Sexism. No senior women in management. All of the senior women have been forced out and replaced by older white men from previous insurance company. Women are degraded and put into more secretarial/non management roles. Men curse in the office and are the only ones invited to important meetings. No minorities in high positions. High turnover among younger employees No flexible work environments Nepotism
