      Pros

      Probably a good place to work if you are white. Good old boys club.

      Cons

      All of the upper management are white males. There are no blacks or women at the top. We were promised we would just have to return to the office two days a week after teleworking for two years in writing. That promise was broken with no explanation. We are in the office most days. There is no compassion that we are paying $300-$400 a month in gas with the price surge we cannot afford to drive to work. Most people are looking for jobs.

      Solid overall company for younger demographics to learn the insurance platform

      Cons

      CEO - either his way or you’re free to walk, leading to lack of employee morale during pandemic. Flex/hybrid work place is NOT an option. Advancement for mid level managers is limited
