5 days a week

Pros

Good people, everyone except the ceo on the same page about remote work

Cons

As it's been said the company told us all to come back in the office 5 days a week the Friday before we were supposed to report. Everyone seems as if they'd much rather be somewhere else other than the office and it almost feels like being on a sinking ship, hoping you'll be able to find a life raft

Pros

The boots to the ground employees are genuinely good, hardworking, wonderful people.

Cons

-Misrepresentation (Bait and switch) and 5 day in office (no exceptions.) - Starr is run by someone who is completely out of touch with current industry standards re: office attendance for work/life balance and indifferent to his employees needs or concerns. - Starr leadership/executive team does not care about its employees and the executive officers can’t stand up to M. Greenberg. - HR is NOT an employee advocate but rather an advocate for Starr. - Starr’s “either abide by Greenberg’s rules (which are ever changing) or there’s the door” mentality is off putting, completely disrespectful, and creates an awful working environment.

BEWARE THE 97 YEAR OLD BILLIONAIRE WHO RUNS THE PLACE

Pros

Same pros as working at McDonalds, it pays *a* salary

Cons

You will be beholden to the whims of a 97 year old man who is entirely out of touch with reality who has surrounded himself with coward "yes men" who will never stand up to him. Owner walked through the office and threw a hissy fit that not enough employees were in the office. The very next DAY it was announced that all employees must be in the office 5 days a week. There was no transition period, no warning and certainly no consideration to employee concerns. This coming at a time when people were recruited under the premise of a hybrid/remote workplace, only to have that revoked as soon as they started. This coming at a time when there were not even enough physical desks to have all personnel in-office 5 days a week. Coming at a time where employees had proven that remote work had not only survived, but THRIVED by passing all production goals. All the while, anti-vaxx employees were allowed to continue working 100% remote. If you enjoy being belittled, disrespected or just flat-out ignored then this is the job for you. I'd personally advise you save yourself the trouble and apply elsewhere.
