Benefits are great and they start immediately

Cons

Realized after first month it wasn’t a good fit, went to HR requesting a transfer or at least a consideration for another manager. They told me I couldn’t apply for another position or transfer for a year. Met with HR again about the dynamics between me and my manager. Gaslighting at its finest. Got “let go” with severance pay and unemployment benefits for “business reasons.” I felt very disrespected by management and the company. I left an amazing company just to be treated unfairly.

Great co-workers to meet and work with. I’m only happy and greatful for the amazing people I’ve met and become great friends with. Nothing else!

Cons

Everything in the book of ancient times. I want to keep my job for now so I’ll reserve my comments until I find what am looking for. I’ll be updating.
