Too much micromanaging and not enough equality across positions. Why do you push in office work when managers won't even abide by it

- Very good office culture, employees are generally friendly and welcoming - Stability: I have never had to worry about my job being in jeopardy - Rarely required to work hours - Solid benefits package

Cons

- Departments are siloed somewhat, the experience I have (both good and bad) may not be the same experience in other departments - Disconnect between executive management and middle management - lack of remote work policy
