Many employees received promotions fast, and others were granted the flexibility to move around the company following their interests. For example, Claims to Underwriting, or vice versa, etc. A 10%+ Headcount growth over the last two years has created a need for support across all functional areas but especially in support roles within IT, HR, and Claims. A very diverse workforce in certain offices such as Atlanta and Los Angeles is a benefit. The Los Angeles office employees are very supportive of each other.
