      Pros

      There were some great coworkers throughout the offices that offered support to learn processes.

      Cons

      Manager was extremely unethical; did not know process, no documentation on processes/systems, no training documents, no opportunity to grow within company. Company originally stated they offer work/life balance but it is not written so they do not honor it. Poor communication for a growing company!

      Good place to gain some work experience

      Cons

      Little respect for people, no overall strategy just premium target, no hr, no future for young people. You have to be Greenberg's friend to be someone.
