Pros

If you need a job, that's the only pro. Some good people.

Cons

Leadership is the absolute pits, however, they all walk around giving each other high fives because they think they are the greatest. Old school mentality, no woman in leader roles, no real room to move up unless your related to a Sr leader. Good people don't last long bc they get fed up with the insanity. Managers are rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. They don't practice what they preach. There is no accountability for their actions. HR is a mess. There are no real practices in place. Technology is non existent, you might as well have a chisel and hammer. You have at leaders in custom suits getting free lunch everyday and assistants barely able to afford commuting to NYC. Definitely no perks for employees. You can't work from home.

Pros

Rapidly growing company that operates aggressively in markets that many other established modern day insurers currently avoid.

Cons

Way too corporate and politically correct given the movement in today's workplace culture. Suit and tie everyday etc.. Standard phony corporate workplace enviorment hence artificial employee to employee relations. Never quite know how anyone really feels on a given issue. Hypocritical ethical viewpoints especially for an insurance company whose model depends on collecting premiums and screwing people over when they are forced to pay for the service they provide.
