Pros

Salaries can be generous I guess and I had office!

Cons

Terrible benefits (and their an insurance company!). Cliche bureaucratic environment with tons of arbitrary red tape and a dress code that belongs in the 50's. Barely hidden sexism and homophobia.

Pros

Some of the people are nice, others are completely toxic and ruin the work environment. The only other good thing are the half days prior to holidays.

Cons

- Toxic workplace and becomes unbearable for most people affected. - Very fast paced, but don't expect training, and if you don't catch on quickly enough, you will be spoken to about your work performance. - The managers and supervisors are completely inexperienced and not the sharpest crayons in the box; how some people are in positions to manage others is mind-blowing. Then, the same fools managing and supervising are on serious ego highs and think they deserve what they've obtained. - The company does not value their employees - they rather have quality people leave, hire new talent and spend a good 6+ months training, instead of making their current employees happy. - Managers and supervisors will put you down and throw you under the bus any opportunity they get just to make themselves look good. - If they don't like you, they will build a case against you to get you out of there. That's the kind of company it is. - No flexible work hours or work from home. - HR is useless!!
