      First month was pleasant, but then....

      Everyone is a scapegoat because the upper management is afraid to tell the CEO the truth. Watch your back!

      Not many, half days before holidays, 7 hour day (on paper)

      Cons

      Seems like many managers and above were hired for who you know rather than what you know. The biggest problem I had there was everyone seemed to be afraid of getting fired at any time. They would dread meetings with their superiors because that was on their mind every time they would meet. The biggest goal seemed to be finding someone to blame.

      Pros

      There are no pro's to this company. Obviously I would have hoped for some direction for the team but everytime on the weekly calls had opinions from the field that were squelched before they ever started. Meaning that nothing would be possible and constructive. Therefore more of a dictator approach where nobody with any smarts would entertain an opportunity to work there.

      Cons

      Senior management is crash and burn. Your lucky to make it three years there. Absolutely no forward thinking nor any type of product development which makes it impossible to compete in the marketplace.
