More focused on pleasing the handful of executives than the hundreds of young talented employees that are the most valuable part of the company. So many older employees contribute next to nothing yet prohibit younger talent from gaining necessary experience. The Associates program is a joke, rushing kids through a year of training but by the time they are called "Underwriters" they can't do anything on their own. UAs get no respect for the sheer volume and difficult of work they do and the crap they have to put up with. The turn over rate is quite high considering the pay and benefits are above average because every employee here is viewed as dispensable.
