      Pros

      They take care of people who take care of them. Not a lot of hand holding when it comes to training, so if you can prove you have what it takes to figure it out on your own, you're golden

      Cons

      If you need training wheels, not the place for you Rigid day to day - business dress in NYC office - could be more flexible

      Large youth culture which Starr strives to support by encouraging and rewarding their study towards the ACII. Active encouragement of all employees CPD. A great balance of ethnic cultures and broad age ranges leads continuous evolution and ideas with market driven targets and cultural changes always leading the way forward. Starr also has a family culture that encourages employees to socialise together

      Cons

      To shine in such a large company of strong personalities can sometimes be difficult and leave the quieter or more shy people behind, occasionally missing great and creative ideas. Some managers can sometimes be guilty of turning a blind eye to employee conflicts or personal problems. If someone resigns, bad managerial attitudes have a negative effect on the team as a whole
