      -Coffee experience and education -Great Coworkers -Insurance Coverage -Free ASU tuition

      Cons

      It depends on your store I suppose, you either have really great coworkers or horrible ones. Managers are the same way but they all drink from the same pot of Starbucks koolaid. Right now everyone is being careful in fear of getting written up for the smallest thing. Peak, weekends and holidays get pretty busy and sometimes there is never enough coverage and you are spread thin. And as a POC partner some managers are just straight up racist to you.
