Job gives you an opportunity to learn how to craft coffee beverages very well as well as gives you the opportunity to build customer service skills and point-of-sale skills.

Cons

The cons are a long list but to keep them short I would say the misrepresentation is one of the biggest. you you were worked like a dog and are never represented for it. management also is always a disaster I have been with starbucks for two years and have had four managers. and of course the pay is not well for the amount of stress that you deal with.
