Pros

Benefits. Being employed. Having a job. Enjoy Co'workers. Free coffee.

Cons

Not a living wage in certain places in the company. It can be difficult to track up into new positions. Overall it's a lot of work that is physically and emotionally demanding. Management roles require you still work as a Barista and Shift Supervisor for 30 hours per week and most managers do end up working more than 40 hours per week.
