Pros

-Great work/life balance -Great PTO/Vacation -Bonus Payouts are nice -Great 401k and Health benefits

Cons

-Low pay for the work you do -There are a lot of inexperienced managers and people who are bad at the job, but are good at kissing up to upper management -If you can't network, you won't last -Be prepared to be treated like you don't know anything

Pros

The benefits are amazing, and the company mission is awesome.

Cons

You can work with or under people who are terrible themselves, so the companies goal of respect and such gets lost. Or you can work with amazing people who believe in it wholeheartedly. I've worked for both in my time at Starbucks.

Pros

Benefits, designing your own hours (for the most part), networking, dress code (who else gets to wear jeans to work?), the partners

Cons

Hours, tied to phone even when not working
