They start off well, presenting their partners as the best. You have a daily free drink as well as some coffee to take to home weekly. It is an easy work where you have to memorize the drinks and be gentle and kind to your customers. Good platform to practice and improve your languages. Good for students where you can do extra hours in case you have time and you can ask for free hours to do your exams. Discount as a partner in any Starbucks (I think).
Cons
Work on holidays, during Christmas, and on Saturdays and Sundays, with no option to refuse. Make sure to fight for fair pay for those last-minute hours. Keep a record of all your schedules and overtime—they won't do it for you. They don't give enough value to good employees. They don't control most of their supervisors, who mistreat their staff. Be careful with the district manager for Barcelona and the surrounding area, a woman; she is the devil. They might transfer you to another store without giving you a chance to complain. CAREFUL! Not every partner will respect your belongings... CAREFUL! If you work in downtown Barcelona, you'll encounter strange people and pickpockets daily. The waste of food and the lack of professionalism with the health of consumers on the part of some employees is as sad as it is detestable **Cleanliness and being responsible for the health of others is essential, although not for everyone.**
