Pros

Great benefits / discounts. Stocks are a plus. Becoming faster and faster and more efficient helps improve employee morale and customer service, which is gratifying at the end of the day.

Cons

Every store has different management styles, some are very unprofessional. No linear line of management. Advancing is tough, especially moving into the corporate setting. Sometimes the cleaning of everything can get tedious and ever-lasting. You may sometimes encounter very frustrated and disrespectful customers, but you cannot give them your two cents, just have to nod and agree. Customer service is EVERYTHING.
