Pros

Great benefits. Health, dental, vision, vacation. Also has a stock sharing program. Fun environment to work in. Comprehensive training program.

Cons

Lack of communication by senior management. Managers are often outside hires. Heavy emphasis placed on retail sales goals. Gets boring fast.

Pros

The benefits are very good, the scheduling is pretty flexible, pay was competitive, there is a lot of room for growth in the company.

Cons

If you don't like working very early shifts, nights and weekends, this is not the job for you.

Pros

The management was kind and put in an effort to help me learn my way around. The hours were flexible, and pay was decent. The environment was generally welcoming.

Cons

Dealing with impatient customers was probably the worst part. While i was there, the store changed management, but it went smoothly enough.
