Pros

Their benefits structure is amazing. Opportunity to grow into corporate positions is great. Great corporate culture. Their corporate social responsibility makes you proud to be an employee of the company. Employees are generally awesome. All of the store manages I worked under were awesome!!

Cons

Low level district management of stores is difficult to control. Therefore, the employees who want to grow aren't necessarily handled the way the "corporate culture" would suggest. You become a slave to the ego and control of the low-level management.
